Having a healthy lifestyle results in good mental and physical health. And who doesn't want that? Here are some tips on how to live in a more organized and healthy way!


  1. 5000 steps every day

Going on a hot girl walk or even walking on a treadmill!


Having 5000 steps every day might sound hard, but that doesn't mean that it still can't be fun!











2. Having a clean space


Having a clean space is quite important. You will have less distraction around you when you have to be doing something where you should be concentrating.


But of course, it also looks much better!


And having an organized space means that everything has its place and you won't have to search for it when you need it.

3. Dedicating 30 minutes to improving a skill

Dedicating your time to a skill of yours will immediately make your day much more productive and you will have a really good feeling about yourself trust me haha!









4. Drink healthy drinks

Drinking smoothies, Matcha tea, or basically any healthy drink will improve your health!


For example, smoothies boost your vitamin C levels and can help with conditions such as high blood pressure!

5. Skincare routine

This is pretty self-explanatory but building a skincare routine that suits you will make your skin glow, and boost your confidence!










6. Take vitamins

Take your vitamins!

One of the best benefits of taking vitamins regularly is that it keeps the body in good working order.


Basically, vitamins work hard to keep the body functioning properly and help drive the essential processes that are required daily!





7. Get enough sleep

Getting enough sleep is essential.


Sleeping at least 8 hours is ideal!

It can be hard to get that amount of sleep sometimes, but try to make it a priority.


You will get sick less often, Stay at a healthy weight, lower your risk for serious health problems like diabetes and heart disease. it will also reduce stress and improve your mood!





8. Set a goal

Setting a goal will keep you motivated throughout your journey!


And then when you reach it, you will feel very proud of yourself, deservedly so of course! And being proud is an amazing feeling haha!






9. Reduce screentime


Ok I know, easier said than done, but reducing your screen time has so many benefits it is worth mentioning.


Reducing your screen time can improve sleep habits, lower stress, reduce eye strain, and much much more!


The internet can be really toxic, and it is worth taking a break.



10. Relax

I know I talk a lot about being more productive, and I stand by that, but sometimes you can overwork yourself and that is everything but healthy.


So relax, read a book, watch a movie... But don't use this as an excuse, or otherwise you can start being passive.
